Elon Mask, the biggest shareholder of twitter wants to buy full of twitter and take it private. His final offer is $54.20 a share which is 40 percent higher than twitter stock price.
Elon Mask disclosing that he had built up more than 9 percent stake in the company. He consider this as a passive investment.
Elon Mask said that after past several days of thinking he decided to acquire this company and take it private to the twitter chairman Bret Taylor.
Mask said about the confidence which he had lost in twitter management. Moreover he said that twitter has extraordinary potential and he will unlock it. As an advisor he hired Morgan stanley for bid.
Mask net wort is $270 billion. His wealth is mostly in Tesla Share.
